Café Husaren is a very traditional restaurant and is located in Haga.
Haga is a cultural mark in Gothenburg and is famous for its buildings, restaurants, streets and a special fortress on top of a hill.
Many of these houses are landshövdingshouses and this means that they are a special building type. Café Husaren is located in one of these famous buildings. They have a special cinnamon bun that they bake, it´s really big. That´s why I picked just this café, you will probably be visiting Haga so why not test this really famous cinnamon bun. I picked yoghurtbar because of its special twist of a normal ice-creem. This could be a nice pick when you want to cool of in the summer. And is located at Linnégatan 49, 41309 Gothenburg.
Yoghurtbar is a special café, because it´s doesn´t serve cake or coffe, it serves ice-creem with topping. They have all kinds of toppings, from fruit to candy. This is a very nice resting stop in the summer, because of its cold offerings. The bar is really popular with kids so this is a perfect stopping point if you have kids.
Törnströmskök
Törnströmskök is one of Gothenburg’s best restaurants, it has a Michelin star. If you want to eat some very fine food, maybe celebrate somthing special or just have a big wallet this is the place for you. The price range for a three course dinner is at around 800+. You find at Teknologgatan 3, 411 32 Gothenburg.

Babar is a really nice place because it´s a bar and a restaurant. You can go there for lunch and eat very nice, try the steak. At night time it transforms into a bar/nightclub.

Feskekörka is located at Rosenlundsvägen, 411 25, Gothenburg. It´s owned by a private company who is sponsored by the state and other companies that wants to improve Gothenburg.
Feskekörka is a special church because you don't practice religion there, you buy fish and crustacean. In the church you can find some of Gothenburgs best fish companies and some fine restaurant, which, of course, serves fich dishes.
One of these restaurants is Kajutam which sells fish and crustacean, but also makes food. Feskekörka is a big cultural trademark in Gothenburg and should be visited.
When you buy fish or crustacean here, you get some recipes for you to cook with the bought ingredient.

“Sjömagasinet” is a Swedish fish restaurant in the central part of Gothenburg. The restaurant has a great view over the water and lies on the place called “Klippan”. It hasn’t change place since it opened, so it have been in the same building since 1984. Gothenburg is a city that is surrounded by water and is an old seaport. That can be a fact in the choice of building for a restaurant that serves fish the most.
The owner of the restaurant: Is Leif Mannerström and his partner Lars Ahlström.The restaurant got a Guide Michelin star 1992-2010. And 2013 awarded another Guide Michelin star to the restaurant. The food on this restaurant is inspired by the sea and its most fish. It´s traditionally Swedish foods like potato´s, fish and vegetables from the season that it´s right now, or than. The price is quite high and it is more like restaurant for nights and maybe if you want to celebrate something special.

Jensen´s Bøfhus is a Danish restaurant but Sweden has 12 restaurants. The biggest Jensen bøfhus Restaurant in Gothenburg is the one by the street “brunnsparken” near by the big shopping center “nordstan”. Its look like it is a small restaurant but when you get in you can see that the local is quite big, but you get a comfortable feeling about it anyway. The prize in this restaurant is middle; it’s not expensive and not sheep, you get what you pay for. You can eat there in lunch time and also at dinner time. The restaurant is almost like a place for younger people however, many couples with kids, especially younger kids, go there for a family dinner.

Mykonoz is a Greek restaurant that only serves Grecian food. The theme in the restaurant is Greek all thro. All the furniture has a Grecian felling with all the colors and they only have food that is inspired by Greece.
It is a small restaurant with a home feeling about it, so you get the feeling like you are welcome to eat there. It’s a family restaurant and it’s a perfect place to eat with your children, or anyone else that you want to have a special and memorable moment with.

Fröken Olsson is a small café with some small courses like soup or pie. The have a special concept were they try to make everything with organic ingredients, and they mark everything so its stand if it isn’t something organic in it.
Everything goes in orange, yellow and all the furniture seems to come from the 70´s just like everything else in the café. They have the same theme in the whole café, so even the waiters are dressed it clothes from the 70´s.
